To performs cargo operations activities in Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport as assigned by superior to ensure that all work done meets all company standard operating and regulatory procedures

· Responsibilities
Overview of Roles and Responsibilities
A. To record daily operation & sales report correctly. Handle with incoming questions and irregular cases from customers and other station. To Assist Head of Cargo sales to get sales target achieved.
B. Record daily cargo & po mail uplift for sales report. Monitor ULD stock to ensure daily operation.
C. Tracing with system about shipments status being with connecting flight. To release AWB number to appointed agents, and monitor AWB numbers stock.
D. Handle with inbound shipments irregularity and assist to deliver shipment to CNEEasap. Handle with telex if any questions from HQ or other station.
E. Booking acceptance from appointed cargo agents. To have 1st sector and allocated space confirmed subject to availability.
F. To prepare the variance report and submit to HQ for billing correct. Monitor GHA's performance and hold monthly meeting with GHA. Administration in office.
· Minimum qualifications and experience
1. Degree in any field with at least 2 year of working experience, or
2. Diploma in any field with at least 2 years of working experience,
3. Must have at least 2 years of airlines industry & relevant working experience and exhibit
Sufficient knowledge, experience, and capability to carry out the functions and
responsibility of a Cargo Officer during the interview process.
